Engagement

1. The Contract (Acceptance of Terms)

Entering our digital matrix and employing our services means you are legally bound by these terms. If you disagree with our protocols, you are advised to abort the mission immediately and close this frequency.

2. Mission Briefs (Services & Deliverables)

We promise high-tier digital engineering, influencer mobilization, and performance marketing as outlined in your specific contract. In return, you must provide:

• Clear, unambiguous objectives and brand assets.
• Timely feedback to ensure the timeline remains uncompromised.
• Approval loops completed within 48 hours of transmission.

3. Treasury (Payments & Bounties)

We do not operate on exposure. All missions require upfront capital or milestone-based payments as agreed upon. Ghosting our invoicing department will result in an immediate suspension of all active operations and digital assets.

4. Mission Assets (Intellectual Property)

Until the final bounty is cleared, all developed code, visual assets, and deployment strategies remain the classified property of Kognito Agency. Upon full payment, the ownership of the final deliverables transfers entirely to your syndicate.

However, we retain the right to showcase the completed mission in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is actively signed.

5. Going Dark (Termination of Ops)

Either party holds the right to terminate the contract with a written notice. However, any deployed resources, hours logged, or third-party creator costs incurred prior to termination must be compensated in full.
