3. Payments and Billing

All payment terms will be clearly stated in your project invoice or agreement. We require agreed-upon payments before starting or delivering specific milestones. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of services until the balance is cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables (like your new website or ad creatives). Kognito retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio or case studies unless we sign a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) beforehand.

5. Limitation of Liability

We build systems based on hard data and proven logic to help you grow. However, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, as market conditions vary. Kognito is not liable for indirect, special, or accidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party can end the working relationship with written notice. If you cancel a project early, you must pay for all work completed up to that date. Any upfront deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of West Bengal.

8. Revisions to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any major changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the date at the top. Your continued use of our services means you accept the new rules.
